I. RETURNS & REFUNDS
Digital copies may only be refunded until customers have received them. Past this point, physical items may still be returned and refunded, but $15 for the cost of the digital copy will not be refunded if purchased.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a customer wishes to return an item, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Please mark internationally returned packages as “RETURNED GOODS” to prevent customs fees.
For a product to be refunded, it must be returned to us in its original packaging and unused condition. A refund will be issued via PayPal only after the shopping mod receives the product and determines it is free of damages.
Processing fees will be deducted from any refund issued.
II. SHIPPING
Digital copies will be provided to all customers via the email provided at check-out.
Gorb Zine is shipping from the United States. Tracking numbers will be provided via the customer’s email provided at check-out when their product is shipped. We are not responsible for customs fees for international orders and cannot mark purchases as gifts.
Physical orders carefully packaged as to be well protected from damage.
III. DAMAGED, MISSING, OR STOLEN PRODUCTS
If a product is damaged or missing due to negligence in packaging, please immediately take photos of the damaged item and email us at [email protected].
We are not liable for damages that occur to products after they have been removed from their packaging unless special circumstances apply.
Because we are providing tracking numbers, we are not liable for stolen packages.
IV. REPLACEMENTS
Replacements in the event of damaged or lost products due to curator negligence will be provided until the project runs out of leftover stock.
IV. STRETCH GOALS
Products related to stretch goals will only be added to orders of the physical deck or bundles. Digital-only orders will count toward the sales numbers necessary to unlock stretch goals, but will not qualify to receive stretch goal merchandise.
Each purchase will count as a single sale. Stretch goal items will only be added to physical orders if the required number of sales to unlock that item is reached.
V. GIVEAWAY
a. Social Media Giveaway(s)
To qualify for the giveaway, you must be willing to give your shipping address to the Curators for the purposes of delivering your prize to you. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for any concerns regarding giving us your personal information, or send us an email. Winners will be chosen at random.
Winners will be notified via the platform they won on when the giveaway closes. Winners will have 24 hours to respond, or a new winner for their selected prize will be chosen. Winners will be notified if they miss the deadline to respond. Shipping costs for the winners will be covered by the curators.
b. Cocorot Giveaway
During pre-orders, one random purchase of the highest tier, the Extra-Glitzy Gorbundle, is eligible to win a new, unopened box of all nine Cocorot orbs (including Gorb). During shipping, a winner will be chosen at random. The winner will be notified via email before their package ships due to the difference in anticipated size of the package.
VI. PROHIBITED USE
Redistribution or resale of any digital content from this zine is prohibited. Use of any content from this zine as a non-fungible token is prohibited.
